Led the scalability migration of MyTribuNews to support exponential growth, handling large-scale uploads, concurrent connections, and automated magazine generation. Implemented load balancing, Redis Task System, and parallelized servers to create a fully scalable microservices platform.
Scaling for High Performance
With rapid user growth and thousands of concurrent uploads, MyTribuNews required a robust infrastructure to maintain performance and ensure seamless magazine generation within a few hours. The challenge was to create a system capable of handling massive workloads without delays or system failures.
1
Optimizing Load Balancing & Server Infrastructure
To ensure optimal performance, I implemented a dynamic load balancing system that distributed the workload efficiently. By adding servers in parallel and leveraging a Redis Task System, I enabled real-time task management, ensuring high availability and responsiveness even under peak traffic.
2
Automating Microservices for Scalability
A microservices-based architecture was introduced to automate workload distribution and optimize magazine generation. This approach allowed seamless horizontal scaling, reducing processing times while maintaining quality. As a result, MyTribuNews successfully scaled to meet increasing demand, leading to its recognition as Startup of the Year.
